The Schimmel 174 is a West German built piano from Braunschweig using quality components, including a full Renner action and hammers for fast and responsive feedback from the keys and flexibility in it's tone.

At 174cm (5ft 7") it is still on the more compact side of grand pianos but due to it's overall quality it offers truly impressive power and depth of sound, as well as a wonderful clear resonance.
